Private Scholarships

Private scholarships are sometimes slated for very specific applicants such as students pursuing a particular career path or those affiliated with certain civic or professional organization. Many private sector organizations also offer scholarships as a part of their philanthropic efforts.

You can explore these opportunities through the websites listed below or by using other free scholarship searches online. You may also contact clubs or other organizations to determine whether they offer scholarship opportunities.

Please note that only free scholarship search tools should be used. Johns Hopkins Carey Business School does not endorse any of the organizations listed. These resources are provided solely to support your search for outside scholarships.

If you believe you have come across a scholarship scam, visit www.ftc.gov call 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357).
If you are awarded an outside scholarship, please notify us by submitting SEAM's online form so we can congratulate you and update our records
