Toni Wells is a marketing and business development professional with 19 years of experience working in the legal services industry. She is the founder of Bespoke Marketing Partners, a marketing and business development consultancy. Toni coaches high-performing lawyers on business development, marketing, and personal branding matters. Much of her work is at the intersection of business development and diversity, where she partners with clients to design diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies that help facilitate the expansion of client relationships and business opportunities. Toni also serves as an affiliate consultant to Diversity Lab, an innovative consultancy at the forefront of diversity and inclusion in the legal industry. As a member of the Diversity Lab team, she is lead coach for the OnTrack sponsorship program and presents frequently at the Mansfield Rule Client Forum programs. Prior to launching her consulting practice, Toni held business development leadership roles at several prominent international AmLaw 100 law firms. Toni earned a master’s degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maryland at College Park. She is an ACC-accredited coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Everything DiSC® trainer.
