Robert Kirkland is a principal member of the Global Tools & Storage leadership team responsible for all financial matters within the Retail Sales Division. Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, he served as President of Sysco St Louis and held various sales and finance roles with PepsiCo. He began his professional career as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Medical Services Corps. His current community involvement includes board member for St Louis Boys & Girls Club, Concordance Academy, and Nine Network (PBS) & Jazz St Louis.  He also serves as a standing member of the Executive Leadership Council and the St. Louis Regional Business Council. In March, he was recognized by Savoy magazine’s 2020 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America.

Kirkland holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Hampton University and an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
