DJ Andrew, MS '24

DJ Andrew is the Senior Vice President of Property Management at St. John Properties, where he oversees a 15-million-square-foot commercial portfolio serving over 1,500 tenants in Baltimore. Leading a team of 60 professionals, he prioritizes operational excellence and tenant service. Previously, DJ held senior roles in Financial Planning and Analysis at Related Companies in New York, managing complex real estate portfolios across diverse asset classes. His early career at Ernst & Young LLP involved financial due diligence and valuation services for real estate clients. DJ holds a master’s degree in Real Estate & Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Delaware, along with being a Certified Public Accountant.
