Building Impactful Teams

Program Details

This one-day course uses the GC Index^® as a foundation and is facilitated by the LEGO^® SERIOUS PLAY^® Method to unlock the full potential of any team quickly, effectively, and deeply. The morning focuses on individual GC Index^® profiles, giving participants a clear picture of their natural strengths, working styles, and how they contribute to team success. In the afternoon, teams shift from insight to application, using the LEGO^® SERIOUS PLAY^® method to explore how those different profiles come together in real work, where friction or gaps exist, and how the team can operate more strategically moving forward.

The one-day, in-person experience is followed by two virtual one-on-one coaching sessions for each participant to translate the insights into meaningful action, ensuring the learning carries forward into day-to-day leadership and team performance.
