Program Details

This one-day course uses the GC Index® as a foundation and is facilitated by the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method to unlock the full potential of any team quickly, effectively, and deeply. The morning focuses on individual GC Index® profiles, giving participants a clear picture of their natural strengths, working styles, and how they contribute to team success. In the afternoon, teams shift from insight to application, using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to explore how those different profiles come together in real work, where friction or gaps exist, and how the team can operate more strategically moving forward.

The one-day, in-person experience is followed by two virtual one-on-one coaching sessions for each participant to translate the insights into meaningful action, ensuring the learning carries forward into day-to-day leadership and team performance.

  • Interpret your individual GC Index® profile to understand your natural impact, strengths, and energy for impact
  • Recognize how different impact styles across the team complement, challenge, and amplify one another
  • Translate individual insights into collective team strategies using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method

  • Create a shared language for impact that strengthens communication, trust, and alignment
