Learn how to access your partnership benefits, review eligibility requirements, understand the application process, and find answers to common questions.
Academic Programs
Information sessions are offered throughout the year and may be held in person or virtually, depending on location. These sessions provide eligible participants with an overview of their partnership benefits, scholarship opportunities, and eligible academic programs.
We strongly encourage prospective students to attend a partnership information session or schedule a one-on-one conversation with an admissions representative before applying. Doing so helps ensure you understand your benefits, confirm your eligibility, and receive your partnership application fee waiver.
Individuals affiliated with a Johns Hopkins Carey Business School partner organization may be eligible for partnership scholarships and application fee waivers, subject to the terms of their organization's partnership agreement. Eligible participants may include employees, members, alumni, or other designated individuals, depending on the partnership.
To receive partnership scholarship benefits, you must:
- Be eligible under your organization's partnership agreement.
- Apply and be admitted to an eligible Carey academic program.
- Be a new student to the program for which you are applying.
Current Carey students, as well as students returning from an academic pause to resume the same program, are not eligible for partnership scholarships. However, they may qualify for other forms of financial assistance.
Individuals who have previously completed a degree program at Carey and later apply to a different eligible degree program are considered new students and may be eligible for partnership scholarship benefits.
Eligibility will be verified as part of the application process. Verification requirements vary by partner and may include confirmation of employment, membership, alumni status, or another qualifying affiliation. Partnership scholarship eligibility is contingent upon the partner organization remaining in good standing with Carey. If an individual's qualifying affiliation ends after they have enrolled, or if a partner agreement changes or concludes, scholarship continuation will be determined according to the terms of the partnership agreement and Carey Business School policies in effect at that time.
Partnership participants should review the admission requirements and application deadlines for their program of interest before applying. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for many programs, though deadlines vary by program.

Applicants who are admitted to an eligible program and approved for partnership benefits will receive scholarship information with their admission decision and enrollment materials.

Students admitted to an eligible academic program may also qualify for federal financial aid, including Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loans, if they meet applicable eligibility requirements. Visit the Financial Aid Office to learn more about available funding options and the application process.

Eligible individuals affiliated with a Johns Hopkins Carey Business School partner organization may receive a 20% reduced investment on Executive Education open-enrollment courses, subject to the terms of their organization’s partnership agreement. Eligible participants may include employees, members, alumni, or other designated individuals, depending on the partnership.
The partnership discount applies only to open-enrollment Executive Education courses and cannot be applied to custom programs developed for a specific organization.
View the current list of eligible open-enrollment courses.
Organizations with a group of participants interested in the same course may be eligible to schedule a dedicated cohort offering. Partnership discounts also apply to these cohort-specific offerings. To learn more, please contact [email protected].
Eligibility is contingent upon the partner organization remaining in good standing with Carey. If a participant is already enrolled in an Executive Education course when a partnership agreement changes or concludes, the partnership discount will be honored through the completion of that course. The discount cannot be applied to registrations made after the partnership has ended.
When registering for an eligible open-enrollment course or certificate program, enter your organization’s partnership discount code during checkout. The discount will be applied immediately upon registration. Participants should register using the email address associated with their eligible affiliation whenever possible. If you need to register using a different email address, please contact [email protected] so we can verify your eligibility.
Please be sure to enter the partnership discount code at the time of registration. If the code is omitted, we may be able to apply the discount before the course begins. Once a course has started, discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
