Rebbecca Rivard is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Sterling Retail Services, where she oversees asset management, marketing, and property management across the firm's retail portfolio. She brings nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, spanning asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and operations.
Her career includes senior leadership roles at Kimco Realty, General Growth Properties, Turnberry Associates, and Dweck Property Management, giving her deep expertise across retail, mixed-use, multifamily, and office asset classes.
Rebbecca holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and serves on its Real Estate & Infrastructure Advisory Board.
