For more than 35years, Chris Murray has been applying innovative management principles to the facility needs of clients across the country and around the world. He has introduced the cost-saving concept of strategic planning to enhance productivity as well as space utilization. This unique, high-level approach has saved clients millions of dollars in the design layout of both new spaces and retrofitting of existing space. These clients include not only tenants but also the developers which are renovating or constructing new buildings. In fact, his insights have helped developers increase the competitive advantage of their projects and often reduce their lease-up period.
