At Carey’s Admitted Students Day, learn how Carey will help you build for what’s next with opening remarks from senior leadership including Dean Alex Triantis, as well as various speaker sessions from our academic programs team including academic program directors and key Carey departments such as Career & Life Design, Experiential Learning, and more. Admitted Students Day is an opportunity to network and introduce yourself to the Carey community.
These two in-person events are open to all students who have been admitted to our full-time MBA and Master of Science programs. Space is limited, though you may bring one additional guest to your registered event. Please make sure to RSVP by March 9th.

Registration
Check in for Admitted Students Day and make your way to the main room to prepare for opening remarks from Carey leadership and staff.
10:00 – 10:25 a.m.
Opening remarks
Hear from Carey Dean Alex Triantis and other senior leaders as they welcome you to the community and share insights into the Carey vision, global collaborations, and what makes the Johns Hopkins experience distinctive.
10:25 – 10:45 a.m.
Career & Life Design overview
Learn about Carey’s approach to career coaching and professional development. The Career & Life Design team will discuss how they support students in achieving their career goals and share employment outcomes for Carey graduates.
10:45 – 11:15 a.m.
Alumni panel
Hear Carey alumni discuss why they chose Johns Hopkins for their graduate degree, how they engaged as students, their experience living in Baltimore or Washington, D.C., and where their Carey degree has taken them.
11:20 – 11:30 a.m.
Carey student experience overview
Discover what it means to be a Carey student beyond the classroom. Learn more about “Life at Carey,” student involvement opportunities, and the resources available to support you throughout your program.
11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Breakout sessions
Attend an academic session focused on your specific academic program. During this time, guests will have an opportunity to meet with Carey alumni, faculty, and staff and ask questions during a session conducted in Mandarin.
12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
Closing reception
Connect with Carey leadership, faculty, staff, and alumni while enjoying light refreshments. Visit special topics tables to ask any remaining questions and continue conversations from the day.
