Neil Kleinberg joined the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2008 as an adjunct professor. He is the Founder and CEO of DiliVer, a financial technology (FinTech) mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence software company, and is the inventor of its intellectual property. DiliVer is Kleinberg’s fourth startup company and he had a successful exit with his previous one, VerticalFalls Software, in 2007. Currently, Mr. Kleinberg serves on a number of boards across Johns Hopkins University, where he received his MS in Computer Science and BES in Bioengineering. Courses taught at Carey include Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Entrepreneurial Finance.
