Edward C. Harding III joined the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2014 as an adjunct instructor. With 25 years of experience in various finance, accounting, and leadership roles, Harding’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, valuation, corporate strategy, business development, financial planning, financial statement analysis, cost cutting, and process improvement. Currently, he holds the position of managing director at Team13System, a firm he founded in 2013 with a specialization in turnarounds. Harding earned a MS in Finance from Loyola University in Maryland. He is also a CPA in Maryland, a candidate for Level 3 of the CFA, and has held the Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses in the past. Courses taught at Carey include Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions, Advanced Corporate Finance, and Entrepreneurial Finance.
