Britton Costa is a managing director at Fitch Ratings where he leads the Healthcare & Pharma team. Prior to this he served in senior coverage roles on both the Healthcare & Pharma and Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure teams. He also previously served as the head of Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure. Prior to joining Fitch, Britton worked on the buyside as a research analyst.
