Women's Leadership Certificate

Empowering, energizing and equipping women in leadership

The Academy for Women and Leadership is built for women in the workplace today

Women understand the obstacles related to climbing to highest levels of leadership and are ready to break through these barriers. The Academy is designed to prepare you to set yourself apart, think intentionally about your professional path, and walk away with a network of colleagues that you can call upon as you move through your career. This transformative course will allow you to demonstrate intentional career planning and give you the tools to level up your leadership. You’ll also have time to connect with fellow participants, sharing stories and strategies with other women. You’ll have a new awareness of your capabilities, be ready to leverage your influence and have a realistic plan to impact your organization.

The Academy is designed by women for the empowerment of women and open to participants of all
genders.
