Karen Sentementes

Karen Sentementes is executive director for human resources and talent management. She partners with Carey Business School leadership, staff, and faculty on human capital needs, including hiring, retention, employee relations, and talent development.

Prior to joining Carey Business School, Sentementes spent 18 years with Legg Mason serving as senior vice president of human resources and in other senior leadership positions. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Maryland and an MBA from Carey Business School.
