Candace Steele Flippin is the founder, CEO, and lead advisor of the Global Career Advancement. A seasoned communications executive, board advisor, and trusted C-suite strategist, she has led corporate communication and public relations strategies that drive growth, navigate change, and mitigate crises. Candace is the best-selling author of Generation Z in the Workplace, Millennials in the Workplace, and Get Your Career in SHAPE, based on her TEDx Talk, "What Women Really Want… at Work." She serves on the boards of Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation, The Woodruff Arts Center, and the Carter Center Board of Councilors, and holds a Doctor of Management from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and a BA from the University of Michigan.
