“Leadership is a relational process of inspiring innovation and growth through the pursuit of personal excellence, influencing others, and an ethical commitment to socially responsible values and action”

Extraordinary change needs extraordinary people who are passionate and intentional about influencing others and creating positive results.

LEAD is an 8-month leadership development program consisting of workshops and events that promote personal excellence, leading teams and social responsibility. LEAD Cohort members will learn together and work in small teams to design and implement a community impact project by the end of the program. The LEAD Program supports students who are committed to transforming self, teams and their communities through Leadership, Engagement, Action and Development.
