Jonathan Ahn has over 25 years of experience in intellectual property, business and corporate areas.  Mr. Ahn provides legal services to domestic and international clients on corporate management issues, Intellectual Property (IP) protection and strategy, franchise and license development of business models, and litigation counseling services.  Mr. Ahn is an experienced IP business and technology counselor. He represents multi-national corporate and individual clients involving Information Technology (IT), IP and business transactions, and litigation.  Mr. Ahn serves as a general counselor to a several mid-to-large size U.S. and Korean corporations in litigation, transactions and negotiation.  Mr. Ahn has been teaching at the Johns Hopkins University's MBA programs for over 20 years.
