Edward C. Harding III joined the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2014 as an adjunct instructor. With 27 years of experience in various finance, accounting, and leadership roles, Mr. Harding’s areas of expertise include valuation, strategy, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial statement analysis. Ed's background and skill set is unique, as he has worked in a variety of situations -- from Fortune 100 companies to small family businesses; from investment banking to energy to construction to private equity.  Currently, Mr. Harding holds the position of Managing Director at Team13System, a firm he founded in 2013 with a specialization in turnarounds. This depth and breadth of experience adds tremendous value not only to his clients, but also to students in the classroom.  

Ed is a CPA in Maryland, a candidate for Level 3 of the CFA, and has held the Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses in the past.
