David J. Wilk, CRE, MAI, MSREI, is National Co-Chair of Corporate Real Estate Services for SVN and was formerly National Managing Director of Corporate Real Estate Consulting at Duff & Phelps, and Regional Director of Ernst & Young’s Mid-Atlantic Corporate Real Estate group. He has over 35 years of experience completing real estate counseling and valuation projects in 49 states in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific.
