The most important tool for Carey students is Handshake. A one-stop shop for career services resources, Handshake provides students with access to e-mail alerts and job postings, an events calendar, individual coaching and career development tools.

The Career Development Office hosts semi-monthly professional development webinars on topics such as utilizing LinkedIn effectively and enhancing interviewing skills. We also host in-person workshops at our Baltimore and Washington D.C. centers, designed to pair students with professional and peer advisors on topics such as resume and cover letter creation.
Coaches are available at the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. campuses to meet with you in-person, by phone, or by Skype. Appointments are scheduled in Carey Compass.
Download document templates, guides, and recordings of webinars pertaining to career search competencies. Access additional resources, such as the Vault Guides, which is available free of charge to all Carey students.
