The program combines a thorough academic introduction to leadership development and opportunity for self-assessment with repeated reflection and feedback to help you develop your own path as a leader. The hands-on approach to leadership development, coupled with extensive feedback and coaching, guides you to the insights that allow you to focus intensively on your growth as a leader.
