Troy ParkerWith more than eight years in higher education, Troy’s passion has always been to challenge the status quo, by identifying innovative ways of doing things for his students, graduates, and partnering organizations. Mastering the ins and outs of his students’ and employers’ needs, he has been able to assist his students in finding promising careers and help organizations find great talent.

Before working in Career Development, Troy spent years in various roles in marketing and advertising, telecommunications, and internal auditing. Each position taught him how to evaluate each situation, and to explore career options by brainstorming strategies on how to make his own career transitions. His real life circumstances allowed him the opportunity to apply his experience to help his students with their careers and transitions.

Troy holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA with a minor in project management. Troy has dedicated his life to serving God, family, and helping others.
