“It’s not what you know and it’s not who you know. It’s who knows what you know.”

Nora Denzel

Building meaningful relationships is an integral aspect of a successful job search process. However, it is not simply enough to meet people or even meet ‘the right people.’ What ensures success is having the right people interested enough to find out what you bring to the table. You want to intrigue them so they know what you know and what you can do. In other words, you want to relate to others in a way that makes them believe in the value you carry and urges them to fight on your behalf as you navigate the often frustrating job search process.
