We are excited to announce that we will host “Career Madness” Week from March 21st to March 28th!

Your Career Development Team has put together an amazing set of events for our 1st Annual Professional Development Week, otherwise known as “Career Madness,” to coincide with the American college basketball craze of “March Madness.” For those who may not be familiar with this term, March Madness is NOT the “main part of the breeding season of the European hare” as the first definition in Wikipedia points out. Rather, the second definition is what we refer to: “Events surrounding the single-elimination Division I college basketball tournaments performed each spring in the United States.” This year there are 67 games in total.

What does this mean for Carey students?

An awesome lineup of guest speakers and workshops that can help you step up your game by strengthening your communication skills, stretching your creativity, deepening your self-understanding, and exploring your leadership style. Oh, and yes, there is a prize! Throughout the week, attend any of our events to earn entries into the drawing for the $500 Amazon Gift Card*. The more events you attend, the more tickets you earn, and the greater your odds of winning the prize. Please visit Carey Compass to find more information about each event and register for the ones that work with your schedule.
