Julie Teahan, Carey '98 is a partner at Guidehouse working in the areas of change management, strategic planning and talent innovation. At Guidehouse, she works across the Military Health System, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Agriculture and National Institutes of Health. For more than 20 years, Julie has used a combination of strategy, behavioral science, creativity, and endless energy to help businesses navigate their journey to something better.
Julie holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University in Maryland. She is certified in project management, facilitation and change management. She speaks frequently on a number of topics, including talent innovation, flexibility in the workplace, personal branding and employee engagement.
