Roger Meltzer
Roger Meltzer is partner and global chair, Corporate and Finance department at DLA Piper. He has practiced corporate and securities law for nearly 30 years. Among his clients are corporations, investment banking firms, commercial banks, and private equity and investment funds. He represents them in most types of finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, public offerings, and public and private placements of debt and equity securities. He also provides general corporate advice and represents a number of publicly-held and privately-held companies.
Mr. Meltzer earned a JD cum laude, Order of the Coif, from New York University School of Law and an AB cum laude from Harvard University.
