
Patricia M. Nazemetz retired on March 1, 2011 as the chief ethics officer for Xerox and a vice president of the corporation, where she was appointed as an officer of the Corporation in January 1999. She was responsible for ethics and compliance across the global enterprise and reported to the Audit Committee of the Xerox Board of Directors in this role. Prior to this assignment, Ms. Nazemetz was also Chief Human Resource Officer for Xerox responsible for building and executing the company's talent strategy.
Ms. Nazemetz joined Xerox Corporation in 1979 as a benefits operations manager and held a variety of assignments in human resources. She was named vice president of human resources in 1999 and appointed as head of human resources and ethics in 2007. Before joining Xerox Corporation, she worked as a benefits analyst at W.R. Grace & Company.
Ms. Nazemetz is a member of the Board of Directors of WMS Industries. She serves as a Director on the Boards of Catholic Health Services of Long Island where she chairs the Human Resource committee of the Board and TransforMED, an organization committed to the transformation of the practice of family medicine. Ms. Nazemetz is also a Trustee of Fordham University and serves as Vice Chairman of its Board and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and a Master of Arts degree in philosophy from Fordham University.
