
Kevin M. Bittner is vice president, contracts for the Electronic Systems Sector of Northrop Grumman Corporation. In this position, Mr. Bittner is responsible for all the Electronic Systems Sector's contractual functions and processes including premarketing support, proposal preparation, negotiations, post award administration and close out as well as the ~ 400 employees supporting the ES contracts organization at both domestic and international campuses. In addition he is responsible for all associated contractual agreements including teaming agreements, joint ventures, manufacturing licensing agreement, technical assistance agreements and Government Property process oversight for the sector.
Mr. Bittner has over 20 years of Contracts and Business Management experience. He joined the company in 1989 and has held a number of management and executive positions within the Northrop Grumman business management community.
A native of Baltimore, Mr. Bittner graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1987 with a bachelor of arts in Political Science. He has completed a number of executive development and continuing education programs including course work at the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Bittner is an active member in the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) serving as chapter President for the Greater Baltimore chapter from 2007-2009.
