
Glenn Campbell is the managing partner of the Baltimore office of Hogan Lovells. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, corporate governance, public and private equity and debt financing, and private equity. He has represented some of the world’s largest government contractors in numerous acquisition and financing transactions, handled significant strategic business combination transactions involving multinational corporations, represented pharmaceutical companies in the acquisition, licensing, and development of pre-clinical and clinical stage drugs, and advised many other public and private companies in strategic and transformational transactions.
Mr. Campbell is a magna cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University, holds a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a JD, Order of the Coif, with High Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
