This series of structured simulations are geared to provide our students specific opportunities to practice what they have learned through Career Services as it relates to their career development. A few of the many simulations available to our students are: conduct a case interview with an actual Human Resources representative, run a board meeting with a team of other students, or present at a stakeholders meeting
Offered throughout the year to provide you with up-to-date skills and strategies for specific areas of your career development including: resume targeting, case interviewing, behavioral interviewing, networking, salary negotiation, and more.
Series of key topics throughout the year, held once a month, that provides training and information on “out of the norm” topics. Past presentations have included: KSA Writing, Presenting with PPT, Network like a Pro, Setting up a Digital Trail, Conducting Business Overseas, and more!
Key alumni and other business leaders invited for a 2-week window in our online private network to discuss their company, career path, and what it takes to be a successful candidate at the company or industry.
Small “closed” groups for students or alumni to join with the express purpose of providing support for their job or internship search. Groups will be divided into: full time search-current student, full time search-alumni, and internship search. Provides training in networking, teamwork, communication skills, and practice of key skills needed for the job search. Sessions will last formally for 6-weeks and will be open for each group to continue on their own after.
During the summer of each year before the recruitment season begins, Career Services hosts a day long series of workshops, panels, and networking opportunities for current students to prepare for the upcoming recruitment season.
