Resume Referral Program

The most important aspect of job searching is providing an employer with a good first impression.

Based on research, communication with our employers, and our alumni, we have found that a proper resume can be the difference between getting an interview and never hearing back from an employer. Separate from this, but just as important, is having the ability to effectively communicate in an interview.

Requirements

These are one time requirements for this program.

  • Participant must have their resume critiqued by a career consultant.
    • Requirement can be fulfilled via email. There is no required resume template
  • Participant must have been through a 30 minute mock interview with a career consultant.
    • Requirement can be fulfilled either in person or by phone. Question list can be found below.

Program Benefits

  • Participants will be able to send their resume to Resume Collection notices sent via email.
  • Participants will be able to add their resume to selected Resume Books.
  • Participants will be confident that their resume and interview skills are up to date.
