Capable and effective minority leaders and managers are essential to the functioning of current and future business, government, and entrepreneurial organizations in the Baltimore-Washington region, the nation, and the world.
To meet this challenge, the Leadership Development Program (LDP) supports the advancement of high-potential minority managers by offering education in the latest management and leadership theory and practice. LDP is a groundbreaking and award-winning academic program that provides a foundation for the Carey Business School MBA program.
LDP offers a robust learning environment to enhance leadership and career management skills while potentially fulfilling partial requirements for the Master of Business Administration. LDP students and graduates have competed for and received National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP) Pension Fund scholarships, GE internships, QVC, Inc internships, the Nathan Sanders Scholarship and other scholarships.
The LDP program is offered in Columbia, MD.
