Edward St. John Real Estate Program
The Edward St. John Real Estate Program offers a part-time Master of Science degree to accommodate working professionals. Students acquire a comprehensive understanding of real estate investment, development, and management, with an emphasis on the necessity of smart, sustainable development.
Students are trained both in theory and application as they are guided by a faculty comprised of Johns Hopkins professors and practitioners drawn from the region’s leading investment, development, law, architectural, engineering, and planning firms.
The part-time MS in Real Estate is ideal for mid-career professionals with three to five years of experience in the industry.
The part-time MS in Real Estate is offered in Washington DC in the fall and Baltimore in the spring.
