Our MBA in Organization Development prepares students to become innovative leaders in the rapidly growing global market for consulting and development services.

The 54-credit program develops the broad range of skills essential for effective, ethical guidance of individuals, groups, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, local and regional communities, and nation-states.

The program of study incorporates three supervised consulting projects. An Assessment Center continually evaluates and encourages students’ progress. Students also may choose from several specialized tracks that include full-time consulting and consulting leadership, consulting in the information technology industry, consulting in financial services, and consulting and leadership in human resources functions.

The MBA in Organization Development is offered in Washington, DC.
