
The program’s 54 graduate credits are designed to be completed in a cohort (or group) fashion.
The foundation courses (18 credits) include an assessment center, professional writing, human resource management, organizational development and diagnostic accounting for finance.
The core (15 credits) leads to the development of advanced diagnostic and intervention skills in human groups, large human groups, organizations and within work and management teams.
Specialized electives (12 credits) give individuals the opportunity to work in a specific field of industry such as marketing, information systems, or finance.
The program concludes with a practicum (3 credits) and capstone (3 credits) field experience. Students provide evidence of knowledge, skills, and abilities they develop as a result of the program through the Electronic Learning Portfolio.
