The program combines online distance learning with residencies that bring Fellows together at a conference center near our Baltimore campus. Fellows gather for three one-week residencies and six extended weekends over the course of the program. The distinctive structure of the MBA Fellows program enables students to continue working in their current organization, and minimizes disruptions to their family and personal lives, all while equipping them with the knowledge, creativity, critical thinking, and ethical grounding needed for leadership.
The cohort of students might be scattered across the globe, but they progress as a team through the two-year program, working on both group-based and individual projects. With such an intense shared experience, students and faculty build relationships that result in a tight-knit, long-lasting network of peers.
At the program’s completion, graduates are prepared to compete for top positions in the financial, industrial, scientific, health care, technology, nonprofit, and public service sectors.
