MBA Fellows Program

For busy professionals who are strong candidates for assuming a management role in their current organizations, or who already are managers and want to continue advancing, our distinctive MBA Fellows program offers compelling advantages.

For more information on the MBA Fellows program, see the 2009-2010 Academic Catalog.

The MBA Fellows program combines online distance learning with residencies that bring students together at a conference center near our Baltimore campus. Students gather for nine intensive residencies, three one-week residencies and six weekend residencies, over the course of the 18-month program. The distinctive structure of the MBA Fellows program enables students to continue working in their current organization, and minimizes disruptions to their business and personal lives, all while equipping them with the knowledge, creativity, critical thinking, and ethical grounding needed for leadership.

The cohort of students might be scattered across the globe, but they progress as a team, working on both group-based and individual projects. With such an intense shared experience, students and faculty build relationships that result in a tight-knit, long-lasting network of peers.

At the program’s completion, graduates are prepared to compete for top positions in the financial, industrial, scientific, health care, technology, nonprofit, and public service sectors.
