Welcome to real estate in the era of New Business.

Scholarships Still Available for Fall 2015.

The New Business philosophy at Carey challenges you to think differently about traditional real estate practices and explore new ways to bring sustainability and accountability to the industry. We offer hands-on courses that examine all phases of the profession, taught by experts and practitioners from the region's leading investment, development, law, engineering, and planning firms.

Accelerate your career and explore what's possible in today's surging real estate industry with training you'll only find at the Carey Business School's Edward St. John Real Estate Program. Established more than a quarter-century ago, it's the first program of its kind in the region and one of the only real estate programs offered through a business school. This ensures you'll receive a firm grounding in business best practices and a valuable link to Carey's powerful alumni network of more than 900 MS in Real Estate graduates and 20,000 Carey Business School graduates worldwide.

Full- and part-time programs are available with classes taught at our Harbor East campus in Baltimore and our Dupont Circle campus in Washington, D.C.

Generous scholarships are still available for the Full-Time MS in Real Estate and Infrastructure. Apply by April 1 for the Fall 2015 semester to be considered.

Please note that full-time programs at the Carey Business School are ideal for students with minimal work experience, while our part-time programs are intended for students with two or more years of professional experience. International applicants should apply to our full-time MBA or MS degree programs.
