The Master of Business Administration in Organization Development degree is designed to prepare graduates to become business leaders and expert practitioners in the rapidly expanding global market for consulting and development services, which now exceeds $100 billion in business annually.

Today’s business executives need new approaches and skills to develop people, manage change, grow organizations, and achieve career success. The MBA in OD curriculum provides focused instruction in providing consulting and organization development services to the global marketplace while simultaneously exposing students to classic disciplines of business leadership. The program’s 54 graduate credits are designed to be completed in an average of three years. Students complete the core and foundation courses in cohort (or group) fashion, while taking elective courses on an individualized basis.

The MBA in OD degree:

• Supplies globally focused for profit and nonprofit organizations with managers who both understand the principles and can lead the execution of change management strategies and methodologies.

• Ensures graduates a sound grounding in business management, to effectively design and implement organizational change processes.
