Program Requirements
The program requires 33 credits for those meeting the prerequisite requirements. Students must complete the required credits in the Carey Business School within six years.
Each candidate must demonstrate a proficiency in writing, and the student's submitted essay will be used to judge his or her writing competency. If it is determined that the student needs to improve his/her writing skills to succeed in the program, a writing requirement will be added to the student's program. To fulfill this requirement, the student must either take a business writing course from an accredited institution or complete the writing workshop offered by the Carey Business School.
If, in the course of a student's program, his/her written work is deemed unsatisfactory by faculty, the writing workshop requirement may also be added to the student's program at that time.
Note: Students must own or have access to a computer with Windows and an Internet connection, as most courses use Web-based materials for class information and research. Several courses use the Internet and other technologies to support delivery of all or part of the course.
