Master of Science in Real Estate
The Master of Science in Real Estate program in the Edward St. John Department of Real Estate provides students with a comprehensive understanding of real estate investment, development, and management. This 40-credit master's degree program is ideal for mid-career real estate professionals with three to five years of industry work experience. With the aid of an adviser, students determine the sequence of study that meets their individual career goals. Working with academic and practitioner faculty, they develop the knowledge and skills needed to analyze, understand, and to take advantage of the latest developments in the fast-changing real estate profession.
In addition to a part-time format, the Masters in Real Estate includes a full-time, cohort-based option. The Accelerated Masters in Real Estate is designed for students in a 12-month concentrated format.
