Skilled Facilitator Graduate Certificate
Today, organizations function largely through the work of employee groups and teams, which are central to creating organizational change, developing learning organizations, and managing conflict. Managers must, therefore, develop facilitation skills to ensure teamwork.
The Skilled Facilitator Graduate Certificate program provides participants with skills, concepts, and techniques for facilitating groups and meetings as either leaders or consultants. Courses are offered on Tuesdays and Saturdays at the Columbia campus.
