We seek active participation from employers in establishing opportunities for students to gain work experience and contribute first-hand to the effective operation of their organizations. Through these internships students gain functional industry experience, acquire and refine skills, and make meaningful connections. Employers not only benefit from the extra resources student interns provide but also have the opportunity to evaluate the performance and potential of the interns, essentially giving them a trial run for full-time employment.
