You can request an employer account by visiting https://carey-jhu-csm.symplicity.com/employers/index.php and completing the required profile fields.
Visit https://carey-jhu-csm.symplicity.com/employers/index.php. Select the “Register and Post Local Job” option on the left-hand side of the sign-on screen. You will then be prompted to complete the profile information. Once complete, you can visit the “job posting” page to input your new opportunity.
Yes, visit https://carey-jhu-csm.symplicity.com/employers/index.php and select “Register and Post My Job at Multiple Schools” button. You will then be prompted to complete the required profile information. You will then be taken to the “Multi School Position Information” page to complete the job posting for multi-school display. Note: There is a fee for this service.
Once your registration is approved you will receive an email indicating that your account is now active.
You can select the “Forgot Password” tab or link. Enter your email address used during registration and a reset password email will be sent to you. Note: The reset link is only valid for 24 hours.

Employer profile information is a great tool that helps job seekers match their talents and interests with your needs of your company.
Yes, you can brand your employer profile page with your company logo. In the Profile page select the “Logo” button that appears in the top navigation bar and follow the instructions for uploading your image.
Sign into your Carey Compass account using your email address and password. Once signed in, select the “Jobs” tab which will take you to the “job posting” page. Click the “Add New” button, and complete the required profile information. Once finished completing the position information select “Submit”.
Once your new job opportunity is approved, it will appear in the job listing for Carey Business School students to view and apply.
To view previously posted position, click on “Jobs,” then you can view and/or edit the job title in current posting listing. Expired positions are viewable by choosing the “Archived” tab.
The “Email” option allows you to enter an email address where the resumes will forwarded upon receipt. The “Accumulate” selection collects candidate resumes within Carey Compass where they can be easily viewed and downloaded. The “Other” selection allows you to describe exactly how applicants are to apply for the job posting. Note: If a link is required, be sure to use the correct HTML formatting.
Viewing student resumes
To view the resumes of students who have applied for your posted job(s), click on “view applicants” link on the home page. Select the desired position(s) from the drop down listing and hit “Search”. A listing of student resumes that match your criterion will appear at the bottom of the page.
To generate a resume book select the boxes next to the name of the student or click the + sign to select all students on the list. Click on “generate book” and then “submit request.” Once the resume book has been generated, it will appear under the “publications request” tab under the main heading of “jobs.” Click “done” and wait to receive notification by email that the book is ready. From the “publications request” tab, view or download the requested resume book.
