
ELECTRONIC Transcripts may be ordered in the following way:
This service is for students who attended after December 1999 only.
Go to: www.iwantmytranscript.com/jhcbs. Your transcript will be sent securely through eSCRIP-SAFE (a secure electronic alternative to the traditional paper transcript) in a PDF format via email. The service fee is $2.25 per electronic address.
Note: Electronic transcripts sent to the recipient are considered OFFICIAL upon delivery, but become UNOFFICIAL if forwarded to another recipient.
PAPER Transcripts may be ordered in the following ways:
1. ONLINE at the National Student Clearinghouse.
You will be directed to create a personal profile and user ID/password, which you will use to place future orders. The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order up to 5 transcripts online in a single session.
Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also check your order status or history online. Any major credit card may be used. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

2. IN PERSON at each center by filling out the transcript request form.

Same-day service is available at a cost of $10 per transcript. (Requests need to be made between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. for same-day service at the Harbor East campus only.)
Multiple Copies (in-person and mail requests): You may order up to 5 transcripts in person or by mail. Any additional transcripts ordered will be $5.00 each.
We cannot accept requests for transcripts by phone.
