Carey seeks to educate a new generation of leaders who will solve today’s problems and tomorrow’s challenges.
Over the course of their program, students gain not only the theoretical building blocks of business education, but are also given numerous opportunities to learn practical skills—through case studies, simulations, civic service, and experiential learning.
Students at the Carey Business School are involved in many projects, both extracurricular and as part of their academic experience. Innovation for Humanity, a core requirement of the Global MBA program, provides students with first-hand knowledge of building sustainable businesses in developing markets. In Discovery to Market, students explore the commercial potential of scientific discoveries and new technologies. Extracurricular projects are varied, and are often developed in concert with at least one of the many student organizations on campus.
