The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Executive MBA program is based on an innovative, interactive curriculum that frames coursework and today’s relevant business issues in an integrated way. Business courses focus on the practical application of business topics using real business examples, case studies, best practice presentations, discourse seminars, and experiential learning projects to give students a comprehensive understanding of global business. This holistic approach to learning teaches students how leading businesses are solving today’s business challenges in a rapidly growing global economy. The program is led by Johns Hopkins internationally recognized faculty.
The 54-credit, 18-month program is taught in Baltimore. Cohorts begin each September.
The program includes 10 residencies:
•4 week-long residencies in Baltimore
•5 four-day residencies in Baltimore with additional online course work
•1 eight-day international residency
•1 online residency
Residencies take place once every two months.
Prior to each residency, students complete pre-module homework such as case studies and exercises.
Post-residency work consists of case studies and take-home exams.
