Zenora Khan, MBA '06 is a senior policy and strategy analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation, a $23 billion global technology leader.  She ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and processes related to ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards, regulatory guidelines, and technical specifications.

Zenora provides expertise and guidance, develops technical courses, and trains employees on quality assurance and compliance with aerospace industry standards.  She works with operating units throughout the country and internationally, and develops command media processes and procedures that apply across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management functional organizations.  She also serves as a liaison between the company and various customers and regulators.

Earlier at Northrop Grumman, she held business management responsibilities that included project planning, financial control, budgeting, profit and loss reporting, application of Earned Value Management (EVM), compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  Previously, Zenora held finance roles at Lockheed Martin Corporation and Hughes Network Systems.

Zenora earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, a BSc in Finance from the University of Maryland, a certificate in Project Management from the University of California Irvine, and a certificate in Information Systems from the George Washington University. 

She is an Executive Leadership Committee member of the Dean’s Alumni Advisory Board at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.  Zenora also serves as an ambassador with the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education, speaking to middle and high school students about the importance of STEM education and the resulting opportunities for careers.
