Sally Turner, MAS 1994, now an independent Consultant, is supporting CGI with Strategic Partnerships and had been with CGI Federal for 16 years managing the Partners Program. She and her CGI colleagues partner with services and product firms resulting in successful client engagements.

With more than 30 years of IT experience, Ms. Turner is a seasoned executive in strategic planning, business development and business alliances. Holding sales and executive management positions in several Fortune 500 technology firms, she has consistently led her teams to success, receiving numerous achievement awards, such as the Corporate Chairman’s Club Award and the Women in Technology Presidential Award. 

Actively committed to the government community, Ms. Turner served 4 years on the Industry Advisory Council Board,  4 years on the Board of Women in Technology and 3 years on the AFFIRM Board. In addition, she allocates time to give back to the local community serving her 8th year as President of The Women’s Center Board. The Women’s Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization helping women and families.  For her work she was a finalist for the 2010 Heroines in Technology Awards. 

Ms. Turner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bethany College, a Master of Arts from Virginia Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
