As the President of Pinkard Properties, Ms. Pinkard oversees the daily operations of the woman-owned commercial real estate firm.

Over the past several years, she has grown the firm from a start-up to a robust book of business made up of clients of varying sizes. She has worked with both local developers and public REITs to consult on complex and varied development projects ranging from the adaptive reuse of urban sites to ground-up greenfield development.

She has also taken a leadership role in the industry by co-founding a group (FIRE) to support and promote women in commercial real estate development. Ms. Pinkard holds an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a BA from Georgetown University. Ms. Pinkard was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2017 by The Daily Record, named to The Daily Record’s VIP List: Successful Before 40 in 2015, and was named one of Maryland's Leading Women by The Daily Record in 2011.
